I’m an Online Business Manager and Web Designer who supports consultants, freelancers, and small business owners by managing operations, streamlining systems, and overseeing day-to-day business activities. With a Master’s degree in Management and Industrial Engineering, combined with a strong background in IT and business operations, I bring a strategic mindset and hands-on experience to every project. My career spans the industrial and health sectors, where I’ve worked in roles such as Management Assistant, Production Planner, Logistics Coordinator, and IT Analyst.

As a web designer, I build clean, responsive websites — often on platforms like WordPress, Squarespace, Wix and custom websites using html/css — ensuring strong functionality, user experience, and visual consistency. 

I’m passionate about organisation, systems, and productivity tools (such as Notion, Asana, Trello and Google Workspace), and I enjoy building efficient workflows that keep teams aligned and projects on track. I’m a fast learner who adapts quickly to new tools and environments. Known for being proactive, calm under pressure, and solutions-focused, I take a logical, practical approach to problem-solving and ensure projects are delivered from start to finish with clarity and consistency.
